Lynn assists clients with navigating complex federal energy regulatory issues. Lynn has a broad and deep understanding of energy law and policy that is informed by her years as a legislative attorney assigned to Energy and Technology and Finance, Revenue and Bonding Committees for a state General Assembly, as well as by her consulting work in the private sector advising clients on federal and state clean energy and climate policies. Prior to joining the Rock Creek team, Lynn provided clean energy strategic advisory services to private companies and non-profits.

In her free time, Lynn enjoys traveling, skiing, reading, and improving her photography skills.
