Ashley assists clients on federal energy regulatory and transactional matters. Having spent nearly a decade at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Ashley has unique insight into energy industry regulation. She has an in-depth understanding of FERC’s market-based rate program and provides strategic analysis to clients on market power issues, market design, affiliate issues, and other regulatory matters.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys exercise, reading, watching football, golfing, and spending time with her family.
